Kaitlin is currently the Head of Global Social Media and Influencer Marketing at Timberland - leading disruptive creative strategy, project managing social collaborations with brands, such as Louis Vuitton and Jacquemus, owning relationships with VIP and creator, all while driving numbers the brand has never seen before. Previously, as Senior Marketing Manager for Foot Locker, she project managed events with brands, such as Nike, Jordan, adidas, and PUMA. Kaitlin executed brand activations with artists such as Future, Lil Baby, Gunna and 2Chainz, and managed both experiential and social media driven campaigns, in addition to pitching media to outlets. Prior to this role, she owned brand activations, multimillion dollar paid media campaigns and amplified brand voice through digital channels as a senior social media coordinator for Champs Sports.
Kaitlin shot, edited, produced and scheduled content for the Harlem Globetrotters' social feeds two years earlier and grew their channels by over 200 thousand new audience members in six short months, with a social media strategy the brand had never seen before. And worked with the Detroit Lions as a multimedia producer, interviewing players and coaches and producing content for NFL Network, Fox Sports Detroit, DetroitLions.com and its social media feeds.
Kaitlin worked passionately as a production assistant for IMG Media in college and reported on, shot, edited and produced content for GeorgiaDogs.com and the SEC Network. She also interviewed players and coaches for long-form features, produced hype videos, in-game video board pieces and daily practice reports for various sports, such as football, basketball, baseball and etc.
Her journey in the sports industry kicked off as soon as she graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Digital/Broadcast Journalism, minor in Communication Studies and certificate in Sports Media.
